Hello cpbgil1,
Let me provide some assistance.
Can you confirm if the processor model ends with “V2”? This is because some versions of the board may require a specific BIOS level to support these processors. If they do, please provide me with the PBA number which is located on a white label on the board to confirm if the board you have meet this requirement.
If this is not the issue, we need to check how far the unit is completing the POST sequence. For this, we can check the Intel® Server Board POST Code Diagnostics lights located on the back of the system (see attachment). The decoder can be found in our Technical Product Specifications.
Additionally, do you hear any beep codes? If not, remove all the memory modules to see if at least we get 3 long beeps. This would give us an idea how far the board is completing its POST sequence.
What is the model/part number of the memory you are using?
