Re: Need help with BIOS update: S3210SH server board / CentOS 6.5

The prime cause why I'm doing this is kacpid, which takes 50% of the CPU sometimes. Furthermore I've got a warning from DMAR. And I suspect also a problems with cpu power regulation:
