The first thing I would check is your firmware level. There are three distinct firmware stacks; 6.x, 10.x, and 11.x. Whichever you are running, update to the latest that is in your same stack level.
After expanding the drive, if you go into Windows Disk Management, what does it show the physical size as?
If you have dual SCMs, you can update the MPIO driver as well.

We have server with motherboard Intel ® S2600CP & Windows Server 2008
RAID WEB Console 2 Utility for Windows* (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23482&lang=rus&OSVersion=Windows%20Server%202008*&DownloadType= ) is installed. When it launched, console does not discover local server with message "Server could not be found because server may be down or server not itstalled in the host system"
I use settings local server or IP address my server.

I have this cpu installed with Server 2012 R2. I wanted to install the drivers for the p4600 graphics to just do a really basic RemoteFX run. I know it is far from optimal but still wanted to just try it out. I found a driver for the p4600 graphics here Download Intel HD Graphics P4600/P4700 Driver 9.18.10.3222 64-bit for Windows XP 64 bit, Windows Vista 64 bit, Windows 7 64 bit, Windows 8 64 bit.
However when I went to go add the driver through device manager it only results in a Yellow bang and the device is not usable. The driver installs no problem just the graphics adapter is not fully functioning. Is there a way I can install this driver and get use out of the p4600 graphics on server 2012 r2 or am I SOL?

RWC2 doesn't support RSTe. You can install RSTe GUI to manage RSTe.

I have a system workstation with W2600CR and not CR2 board, but i can not intall the new cpu E% 2680v2, i guess is the old bios, anybody can help me please?
When i install a simple par of ram and just one cpu xeon and then turn on, not HDD, not Video,... it doesnt boot and i dont know why??? any suggestions?
Xeon E5-2600V2 processors requirsBIOS 02.01.0002 or later. BIOS 1.08 should be able to boot with V2 processors, but if your BIOS version is older than that it won't boot. You'll have to update the BIOS with a processor of E5-2600 family first.

Actually S5520UR is the previous generation. If you're looking for latest generation, check Intel® Server Board S2400BB and Intel® Server Board S2600GZ and S2600GL.
To answer your questions:

As you see those OSes you mentioned are not in the list, so they're not tested, and Intel doesn't provide technical support. You probably will have problem installing those OSes due to lack of drivers.
Since CentOS is a clone of RHEL, you'll have a good change of getting it installed with no issue, as long as you use the same version as RHEL in the list.

Even though Ubuntu and CentOS are both open source OSes, but this server is the previous generation product, so the later versions of Ubuntu and CentOS OSes should be backward compatible with the previous generation hardware (it isn't too old), correct?

i use Ubuntu OS for a few years, from my experience, the Ubuntu OS may not work well with the later generation PC system, due to some drivers haven't been developed yet, but it works well with the previous generation PC system.
I'm confident that Ubuntu 12.04+ OS will be compatible with this server, but i will still test it when buy it.

and using Leadtek NVIDIA Quadro K2000 not display , i change using NVIDIA GT630 working.
BIOS Server already up to date.
